Lake Midway - the cottage


		The new cottage is located right the Lake Midway on Digby Neck. Due to this situation at Lake Midway (45ft to the lake) you have a great view on to the lake. This lake is one of the few spring water lakes in Nova Scotia and guarantees super clear water and trouble free swimming. Enjoy a wonderful stay in this relaxing scenery to nourish your soul, let you drift into peaceful, dreamy tranquility and let your troubles and worries gently float away. Explore on short walks the St. Mary's Bay or the Bay of Fundy. You can reach them both in 20 minutes by feet. Watch for the bald eagles while sitting on your deck or greet the beaver when he swim back to his home on sunset. Take a whale watch tour which starts from Digby, Tiverton, East Ferry or Brier Island.
		The Layout: The cottage is tastefully decorated and offers room for 4 persons. You'll find two bedrooms one with a queen sized double bed and one with a big bunk bed as well as a living room with a kitchenette. Small bathroom with shower, toilet and wash-basin. The kitchenette includes a self-clean electric ranges with oven and smoothtop glass-ceramic cooking surface as well as a big fridge. You'll find also a microwave and coffe machine as well as a CD-Radio. The living room offers a sofa and has a dining room table with 4 chairs and a nice woodstove for cooler nights. All double glas windows has a mosquito sash. I great sunny deck with a table and 4 chairs.
		Other services: The lot area is 3.4 acre and has 300feet of lake frontage. You can reach the cottage via a private road. You can fish or canoe on the lake, we offer a canue as well as mountainbikes for rent if you wish. We strongly recommend to rent a car while there is no public transport to the cottage. We can offer you a great deal on that. We offer this unique lot including the cottage and shed also for sale. Just send us an email when you are interested . We will refund a one week vacation when you purchase the property after your visit!
